Speaking of imaginative thinking stimulation in art college students

The problem of the formation of artistic-figurative thinking of students in the process of studying art disciplines in creative universities is considered. This problem is analyzed from a new perspective on the development of imaginative thinking in the educational and creative work of students. It is shown that the formation of integral visual structures with the creative transformation of nature and depicted objects and properties of things is laid in creative thinking. The point of view is highlighted, according to which the development of imaginative thinking is, first of all, the development of imagination, representation, imagination in the consciousness of the individual. The importance of the development of these qualities in students of art is emphasized.
