On the development of corporate culture in student community

The article is devoted to the problem of development of corporate culture in student community. We have analyzed various definitions of corporate culture and its structural components (values, traditions, group norms and rules of behavior, symbols, rituals and others). It is noted that the concept of corporate culture is considered mainly in relation to production collectives, various firms and industrial companies. Less attention is paid to the study and development of corporate culture in educational organizations. The issues of studying and forming corporate culture in educational organizations receive less attention in theory and practice. The article describes the corporate culture of educational organizations, which have various functions: integration of student community; improving the image and competitiveness of the educational institution; creation of psychologically safe environment; improving the quality of education, etc. We believe that the corporate culture in the educational organization should be based on humanist relations and close interaction of all participants of the educational process. This will create a psychologically comfortable, safe environment in the educational organization and meet the demands of teachers, students, their parents, as well as society and the state.
