On the issue of the formation of leadership qualities of students enrolled in the program "Pedagogical education"

This article discusses the problem of leadership in an educational institution. The effectiveness of pedagogical activity is due to the professional's pedagogical abilities, including leadership. The research sets the tasks of diagnostics and development of leadership qualities of students, future teachers. The results of the study indicate the need to form the readiness of students to be a leader in a group of students.
