Formation of intercultural communicative competence of foreign military men at the educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Russian Federation

The author analyses a system of language training of the foreign military personnel which main goal is formation of intercultural communicative competence in order to enable students exercising their communicative needs in Russian language in foreign military-educational environment. The article highlights the purpose of training of the foreign military troopers in Russian military higher schools, emphasizing the role of intercultural communicative competence and the knowledge in the Russian language as its basic component.
