On the question of the formation of the moral image of the employees of the internal affairs bodies

The analysis of issues related to the moral appearance of employees of internal affairs bodies is of paramount importance, since the mechanism of its formation is one of the main elements of the system of formation of the motivational orientation of employees to comply with official discipline. In the article, the authors, examining the scientific literature on the identified issues, emphasizing the deontological nature of the professional morality of employees of internal affairs bodies, substantiate that the most important element of the formation of the moral image of employees of internal affairs bodies is the purposeful and continuous educational work of commanders and managers not only to clarify the current legal and professional ethical standards, but also to develop the necessary motives compliance and enforcement of these standards.
