Investigated the possibilities, challenges, prerequisites and the reasons of necessity of forming a common information space between Russia and China. In the current situation of the development of Russian-Chinese relations, both countries are extremely interested in having their image abroad was attractive and contributed to the development of interstate economic, political and cultural ties. The analysis of theoretical sources covering specific aspects of Russian-Chinese cooperation information. It is revealed that both Russia and China for a long time and are constantly carrying out a great job on the lighting policy of their countries abroad. The characteristic of leading Chinese media, published in Russian. The issue of presence of Chinese subjects in the Russian media space is one of the important components of Russian-Chinese relations. Considered the circumstances and current state of bilateral interstate information interaction, the factors of the complexity of the bilingual creation of a common information space between two countries with different socio-cultural traditions and a long history of inter-state relations on the example of Russian Federation and China. The main complexity of bilateral information cooperation still is the lack of consistency in the coverage of Chinese subjects in the Russian media and Russian subjects by the Chinese media, as well as the lack of good relations and communications between the media of two countries. It is necessary to overcome lack of awareness of our peoples about each other and lack of mutual understanding of cultures. Way of addressing this issue may be the organization of the bilingual print publications, Internet-portals, TV-channels, joint broadcasting with the support of the two countries. As a result of the research as the most effective solutions is substantiated and proposed the establishment of Sino-Russian media holding.
