On the issue of strategy formation in enterprises

The article discusses issues related to the prospects for the development of strategic management in enterprises, analyzes the concepts of strategy, system. Objective prerequisites for the formation of a strategic management system at the enterprise as a system are formed. Elements of strategy formation are considered. The concept of mission and its role in the process of strategic management of the organization is analyzed. The assessment of enterprises ' readiness for a full-scale transition to strategic planning is given based on the available opportunities and the market situation. Recommendations are given in the field of improving the efficiency of development of small and medium-sized businesses.
