Revisiting the harmonization of the Russian air legislation regarding the state regulation of activity in aviation

The study of issues of the state regulation of activity in aviation, both in our country and abroad, is allowed the article author to claim that it demands further improvement under existing conditions of harmonization of air legislation on the Russian market of transport services in the sphere of air transportations, where there are actively developing new entrants of legal relations in the form of enterprises of privately owned as well as the state - owned legal entity.
