On the Issue of State Control (Supervision) over the Use of Land Plots in Accordance with the Type of Permitted Use of the Land Plot

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of state control (supervision) over the use of land in the Russian Federation in accordance with the type of permitted use. The legislative framework, including the Land Code of the Russian Federation and the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and practical mechanisms such as inspection and monitoring were analyzed. Examples of violations and their consequences are presented, as well as key problems are identified. Recommendations for improving the control system are proposed.
