To the question of state guarantees of federal state civil employees

The article analyzes the main and additional state guarantees of federal state civil servants on the example of law enforcement and judicial practice, and examines some features of their implementation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Based on the study of scientific opinions, legal acts of federal executive authorities, the author expresses the opinion on the need for legislative consolidation of a unified system for evaluating the performance indicators of federal state civil servants. Conclusions are formulated about the need for special legal regulation of issues of health insurance, state protection against illegal actions and pension provision of federal state civil servants.
