Concerning chronological aspect of the Chechen taipa genesis

The article discusses the chronological aspect of the formation of the Chechen Taipa. Based on the analysis of existing interpretations, the author comes to the conclusion, that since the 15 th century in the social organization of Chechens, the consanguinity became determining feature, rather than territorial or professional caste belonging, as it probably had been before the invasion of Timur. Later, in the social organization of the Chechens under the pressure of economic, political and military factors territorial basis became determining. There were territorial communities, enclaves combined by economic, military and political interests according to the geography basis.
