To the question of historical and philosophical development construction of the abuse of rights

The article is devoted to the consideration of the design of abuse of law, that is, the use of law in contradiction with its purpose, from the point of view of philosophy and historical and political thought. The works of Plato, the Sophists, Socrates, Kant and Gelel are analyzed.
