To the question of the language of social networks (based on the English language)

Based on the text messages presented in such social networks as Twitter, Kik and video hosting You Tube the article deals with the specific changes occurring in the English language, when it is used in network communication. The authors come to conclusion that there is a clear tendency to word abbreviation, familiar lexemes get new shades of meaning often ironical. Network users use simplified punctuation. To express more emotional meaning while writing messages they use Caps Lock and a great number of exclamation marks and emoji.
