To the question of classification of administrative warning measures in the field of road safety

Road safety is currently one of the national security priorities of many States, including the Russian Federation. Among the measures of administrative coercion, a special place is occupied by measures of administrative warning. This article assesses the effectiveness of administrative and preventive measures in the field of road safety. The article considers different approaches to the classification of administrative warning. The classification example shows the distinctive features of the measures under consideration.
