Оn classi fication of immune system functional status injuries

Classification of functional disturbances of immune system will allow to help the physician in formation of correct diagnosis, definition of treatment methods on the basis of modern representations about pathogenesis and clinical course of the disease. From modern clinical positions, it is necessary to identify hyporeactive (hypoergic) and hyperreactive (hyperergic) immunopathology syndromes and to qualify them according to duration, mechanism of disturbances, etiology, severity level and level of immune system injury. After performing laboratory-immunologic studies, it is necessary to confirm clinical diagnosis and to prescribe immune correction.
