On the issue of classification of criminal groups formed on ethnical basis

In article the analysis of existing approaches to classification of the criminal formations organized on an ethnic basis is carried out: on citizenship and prevailing communications of their participants. The author proves necessity of transformation of these approaches and suggests to add classification of such formations by ethnic structure.
