On problem of communicativity of space and its role in geopolitical strategy of Russia

The categories of "space" and "time" are of great importance for geopolitical science. In essence, geopolitics as a science is genetically related to these categories. The fact is that space and time more broadly are descriptions of the structure of being, fixed in time as the duration, removability of objects, their stages and states; in space - as a form of their interaction, combinations, events. Speaking as a fundamental determinant of being, space and time, at the same time, are the most important forms of coordination of communication and activities of communities of people and communication components of their development. In this regard, they are quite specific expressions of being, the forms of its reproduction, the renewal of human life and activity. Thus, space and time create the basis for the normative regulation of social interaction, determine the rhythm of practical, cognitive activity of people1.
