The question of the complexes of immovable property

This article reveals the legal nature of a single real estate complex as a special type of real estate. The ratio of a single real estate complex and enterprise is analyzed. It is proposed to distinguish the concepts of "enterprise" and "single real estate complex". The main features that can identify a single real estate complex as a real estate object are identified. The issues of state registration of a single real estate complex are touched upon. Conclusions are drawn about the need to update the current civil legislation for the further development and formation of such a legal structure as a single real estate complex.
