On the competition between citizens' and entities' constitutional rights

Implementation of constitutional rights to freedom of expression often conflicts the constitutional right to good name. Courts are to identify and establish the balance between these rights when legal disputes are settled. The author suggests that court decision should be based on the objective value of constitutional rights.
