On the constitutional principle of the universality of judicial protection

In this article, based on the analysis of constitutional norms and the works of domestic researchers, the principle of universality of judicial protection is considered, implemented through the consolidation of guarantees of each individual's right to judicial protection at the level of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The author highlights the essential features of guarantees of the rights to judicial protection and the proactive nature of the individual's appeal for protection as an integral element of the realization of the right to judicial protection.
