On the question of the constitutional fixing of reproductive rights and freedom of reproductive self-determination in foreign countries: a comparative legal analysis

This article attempts to analyze the experience of regulating reproductive rights, other constitutional rights and freedoms and the principle of gender equality in the constitutional legislation of foreign countries. Socio-economic events taking place not only in our country, but all over the world, have revealed many problems in this area that directly affect the rights of participants in reproductive relations who need help and support from the state and society. The need to resolve them is directly related to democratic reforms aimed at creating a legal state in which a person and his rights are the highest value. At the same time, the level of scientific elaboration of the problem under study cannot yet be considered sufficient and it retains its relevance for the modern science of constitutional law.
