On the Issue of the Corrective Function of Environmental and Legal Risk

The article is devoted to the analysis of the main features inherent in the corrective risk function of an environmental and legal nature. The main theoretical positions on the functions of risk in law are considered, and the rationale for identifying a corrective function that has not been previously studied in the legal literature is given. Examples of this function from the normative and law enforcement spheres are given, and its comprehensive assessment is given in the context of ensuring environmental safety in the Russian Federation. The vectors of further research on the problem are outlined.
