To the question of the criminogenicity of mental anomalies

This article is devoted to the study of the criminality of developing anomalies. The concepts of mental anomaly are analyzed and combined with a pledge. The most common anomalies (alcoholism, drug addiction, psychopathy (sociopathy), oligophrenia in the degree of debility) are identified and their influence on the criminal behavior of the individual is revealed. Signs, manifestations, as a rule, of all types of common diseases encountered were revealed.
