Systematization of constitutional risks

Determining the criteria for systematizing constitutional risks is one of the most complex and little-studied issues of the Russian constitutional law. The article discusses the conceptual foundations of the classification of constitutional risks, the criteria for systematizing risks presented in their general theory, as well as in the industry (non-legal) science, and analyzes the criteria for classifying legal risks. As a result of the study, the author substantiates the general criteria, as well as the activity and subject criteria for systematizing constitutional risks, which can contribute to their effective management, elimination of potential threats, and minimization of adverse consequences of risky constitutional decisions.
