To the issue about the qualification of drug theft committed by persons using their official position

The issues related to the qualification of theft of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances committed by persons using their official position are considered in the article. The number of persons using their official position for committing drug theft is wider than in property theft. In particular, they include not only the persons specified in the notes to Article 201 and Article 285 of the Criminal Code of RF, but also persons admitted according to the prescribed order to work with narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances.
