Revisiting the hangout holding latency in the Russian Federation

The article is considered to the issues consideration of offences latency under Article 232 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In this article there presented results of the author's research on the causes of the hangout holding latency in the current conditions and the certain conclusions have been drawn. As the results of empirical research of the issue, the hangout holding latency comes from both natural and artificial latency.
