The problem of treatment of the lower limb trophic ulcers in case of the post-thrombophlebitic syndrome

About 20% of population suffer from chronic venous insufficiency, and trophic ulcers develop approximately in half of them. Conservative treatment of the limb trophic ulcers is connected with long periods of treatment. Surgical treatment of the limb trophic ulcers, consisting in Linton operation performance, N t always results in rapid healing of trophic ulcers that is caused by marked decrease of soft tissue regenerative potentials. Rendering surgical aid with simultaneous applying human diploid cells to trophic ulcer surface allowed to achieve more than three-fold reduction of the periods of treatment in comparison with isolated use of traditional variants of treatment.
