To the question of the identity of the perpetrator in reckless crimes

The author believes that reckless criminality arises from ignoring laws and regulations, irresponsibility and instability of personality, mistakes in extreme situations. Society needs to explain the extent of the harm caused by careless crimes, the fight against workplace and in obtaining title documents corruption (it won't be minimized without adequate socio-economic measures, simplification of the form is unacceptable). The moral and psychological characteristics of the personality of a careless criminal and the criminal skill of hiding traces of a crime (criminological characteristics) are analyzed.
