The question of mechanisms for implementing the state policy of subsoil use in Kyrgyzstan

The article considers the problems of implementing the state policy of subsoil use in Kyrgyzstan in the context of political science, which will allow to a certain extent to optimize the system of public administration in the Kyrgyz Republic, provided that natural resources and ecosystems are preserved. For this purpose, it is necessary to form and implement a unified state policy in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. Some aspects of the regulatory and institutional support of the system of state management of subsoil use are considered.
