To the issue of the mechanism of realization of legitimate interests

The article is devoted to the definition of the concept and content of the mechanism of realization of legitimate interests. The points of view of famous authors about realization of legal interest and its mechanism are studied. The article discloses the understanding of the legitimate interest, realization of the legitimate interest and the mechanism as such. It is important to study the mechanism of realization of legitimate interests in order to correctly qualify the legality of interest, to determine the necessary and possible actions to implement the interest in meeting the need, to create conditions for its implementation, to eliminate the threat or suppression of violation of the legitimate interest, to eliminate the consequences of violation of the legitimate interest, as well as in many other aspects of the implementation of legitimate interests.
