The article is devoted to methods of assessing the loyalty of consumers. For any business, it is very important to get repeated treatment of customers. Several groups of methods for investigating customer loyalty have been developed. Using these methods, you can determine the loyalty of the buyer, determine its level and evaluate the satisfaction with the goods or services of the company.
