The article is devoted to the methods of identifying the need for training, training and professional development of the modern organization. In particular, they reviewed and analyzed such methods as the survey managers and employees, interviewing Manager and employees, cases, the method "360 degrees", certification of personnel, etc. the conclusion is that within the enterprise the training system should be uniform, continuous and of high quality. That is what will achieve real results. Training programs for different categories of personnel can be very diverse. To a large extent, they are determined by the goals set for the organization and the overall development strategy, as well as based on the analysis of professional activities of employees, which results in the identification of job functions and the establishment of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the successful implementation of relevant professional tasks.
