Effectiveness of environmental law in the context of the participation of the Republic of Belarus in integration processes: the issues of methodology

The possibilities of instrumentalism methodology for research in the field of environmental law are studied. The object that can be analyzed using this method (legal mechanism of environmental protection and its elements) has been identified. We pay attention to the importance of instrumental methods in identifying approaches to the interaction between international environmental law and national environmental legislation as well as acts of interstate organizations in which the Republic of Belarus participates.
