On the issue of the methodology of constitutional normative control in the Russian Federation: statement of the problems

In the article, the author gives examples of dissenting opinions of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, which indicate a violation of the methodology of constitutional norm control by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. In addition, the author believes that the ban on the publication of dissenting opinions of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation contradicts the methodological paradigm of constitutional norm control adopted by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The author comes to the conclusion that the methodology of constitutional norm control, being a form of self-restraint of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, is a guarantor of ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
