Some aspects of the polysemy of the French legal terminology

In our article, we examine the problem of relations between legal vocabulary and common language from the point of view of the polysemy. We analyse in detail their special and common meaning. The polysemy of French legal terminology turns out to be one of its essential characteristics. It can be observed at the language level as well as in literature.
