On the question of modernization of the mechanism of inheritance of legal succession when concluding a contract of inheritance

The article examines the prerequisites for the modernization of hereditary legislation. The relevance of the issues of modernization of hereditary succession is noted. It has been established that the Institute of Succession Treaties is implemented in different ways in countries with the Scandinavian and German-Roman legal systems. It is proposed to proceed from the objective realities of our country when modernizing the institution of the inheritance contract.
