On the issue of monitoring and managing the technical condition of mobile energetic means

A modern mobile energy facility operating in the agricultural sector is a complex technical object with many parameters characterizing its technical condition in real time. The identification of a set of diagnostic informants that most fully contribute to an objective assessment of the condition of machines during the life cycle is a basic task in the further implementation of on-board monitoring and control systems. Given the multi-parametric condition of a conventional tractor engine as an object for monitoring the technical condition with a certain accuracy in the process of direct operation, it is necessary to use a diverse range of control algorithms implemented in the corresponding programmable blocks without taking into account the applied system of technical maintenance and repair of machines. The main aspects of the structural construction of algorithms for the functioning of control systems are highlighted, taking into account the requirements of simplicity and compactness in the actual implementation of the diagnostic information field, which allow optimizing the software implementation, as well as minimizing the time interval for generating control signals and simultaneously improving the quality of regulation of the process itself. A generalized block diagram of distributed control algorithms for engine parameters is presented, which provides for the aspect of expanding the basic algorithms with additional blocks when changing the functionality of the automatic control system, and also considers the variability of requirements depending on its operation modes. Particular tasks of monitoring and controlling an internal combustion engine during operation are considered, taking into account individual optimality criteria.
