To the question of the existence of an effective system of social elevators in modern Russian society

The authors considers the relevance of an effective system of «social elevators» in Russian society in order to involve young talents, young leaders in their professional activities. The article shows the foreign experience of social vertical mobility and the Russian experience of implementing the mechanism of social lift. A hypothesis is made about the possibility of modeling a social elevator system with regional specifics.
