The author publishes the documents on the activity of the Simbirsk provincial committee assisting prisoners of war and refugees in 1918-1919. These documents characterize the work of the Committee on the allocation of Russian and Austrian prisoners of war according to their place of residence, as well as financial support of such an activity.
