On the question of some problems of attraction to criminal responsibility for limitation of competition

The article will deal with some problems arising in the application of Art. 178 of the Criminal Code. The composition of this norm will be analyzed, as well as problems arising in the course of its application in practice. In addition, it will be said about the cartels and their impact on the economy, which only confirms the need to improve the standards for combating cartels.
