Бесплатный доступ

Problematic aspects of interaction between criminal investigation department and juvenile affairs units as well as district police officers due to the lack of the right to conduct operational search activities by these units are considered in the article. Taking into account the similarity of tasks, historical experience and the actual situation the need for the limited participation of the mentioned units in operational search activities is substantiated by the author by analogy with the units providing cooperation with foreign law enforcement agencies. A reasoned proposal to change the regulatory legal framework is expressed in the article.
