To the question of the need to develop and implement the state program of the subject of the Russian Federation for the prevention of crime for the Donetsk People's Republic

The article deals with issues related to the features of the formation of a system for the prevention of crimes and offenses in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, taking into account the program-targeted approach to determining the goals of prevention, based on an analysis of the needs for it. Proposals have been made to improve the preventive activities of the federal executive authorities of the specified subject of the Russian Federation.
