To the need to create the legal clinics by special secondary educational institutions

The paper deals with the question of the necessity to authorize the special secondary educational institutions to create legal clinics. Based on the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the important doctrinal sources the author comes to the conclusion that at present the organizations of the secondary vocational education don’t have a possibility to provide such education to their students.
