On the issue of the need to introduce labor obligations for citizens into the legislation of the Russian Federation

The article examines the human right to freely dispose of their work responsibilities, its impact on the economy of the Russian Federation, from the point of view of the possibility of citizens to be unemployed. The purpose of the study is to show the need to regulate this issue at the legislative level, as well as to identify arguments in favor of introducing labor duties at the legislative level.
