To the question of necessity of introduction in the Russian legislation of the institute of "neighboring law"

The article considers the expediency and necessity of introduction of the "neighbor law" institute in the Russian civil law. The proposals of the legislator and the opinions of scientists on this issue are considered. An assessment is made of existing legal norms governing neighboring relations.
