On the issue of the need of consolidating legal definitions of measures to ensure the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses related to illegal drug trafficking

The definitions of measures to ensure the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses related to illegal drug trafficking are studied by the author. The judicial practice is analyzed, the approaches to understanding the term of the «enforcement measures» are examined. Based on the data obtained, the usefulness of consolidating the legal definitions of measures to ensure the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses related to illegal drug trafficking is substantiated.
