To the issue of normalization of national toponyms (based on the ancient oriental views)

To substantiate the necessity of activization of solving the problem of normalization in the national toponymy in Russia, the author suggests considering new approaches in terms of the ancient Buryat views, consistent with some modern philosophical views.
