The paper considers two types of constructions that being activated in the mass media language claim to acquire properties of reproducibility and potential normativity. Firstly, it is the construction on the basis of the participle. This construction is derived from the various forms of superlative qualitative adjectives with auxiliary word samyi ( the most ). Secondly, it is substantive-attributive turns of speech with anaphoric pronoun v etoyi sviazi ( in this regard ), and v etom svete ( in this light ). These expressions are used as conjunctions in texts. Such constructions as the most well-read is not considered as a normative one yet. Its formation is caused by grammatical syncretism of participle and its ability for adjectivation. The passive participle of present tense is used as a basic unit. However, this construction is gradually starting to exploit passive participles with ablative of the subject as well as active participles of the present tense. Stable phrases v etoyi sviazi ( in this regard ), and v etom svete ( in this light ) compete with synonymous prepositional-casal combinations v sviazi s etim ( in the connection with ), and v svete etogo ( in the light of it ) but in contrast to the latter do not have normative status and not even being put into vocabularies. Nowadays, there is a trend for more usage of the form in this regard. The phrase in this light is lagging behind but in the mass media language its usage gradually increases. The mentioned grammatical phenomena are part of common tendencies of the language of intellectualisation and multiplicity of nominatives of the single object being nominated.
