On the issue of the approach to the development of information platforms and working out the actions of the civilian population of Russia in wartime

This article is devoted to the bunker location notification system in the current SMS notification system from the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Our article implies a reduction in the time it takes to convey information to the public through other communication systems. For the safety and rapid response of the population, an information site was developed with the location of bunkers and brief actions during emergencies. In wartime, the population will be notified about this information source through: mailing via phone, mail, distribution of leaflets, news feed on television channels and through the mailing of the Public Service application. We predict that this alert system will improve the current situation by reducing the alert time and increasing the number of people. This system is more efficient than the current one, notifies more people in less time, which in turn leads to a more efficient model.
