In Russia, the theory of generations Howe-Strauss became popular in the interpretation of E.M. Shamis and other representatives of the project "RuGenerations". Despite the fact that the team originally positioned itself as a commercial project for solving business and management problems, more and more domestic researchers refer to the development of the project in their scientific works. This suggests that the concept has considerable research potential, but a lack of theoretical understanding of the problem in the context of Russian realities, scientists are forced to seek academic information to the business coaches in the areas of leadership and advertising. In this regard, this article is an attempt to understand generational model Hove-Strauss, from a scientific point of view, the evaluation of its fundamental and applied resources.
